Bad news for Damian Lillard
In the midst of a busy season for the Portland Trail Blazers, the situation seems to be getting worse. With the team struggling to stay in the Play-In race in the Western Conference, the chances of Damian Lillard playing a game again this season also appear to be close to nil. this has been a great season for his career, averaging 32.2 points, 7.3 assists and 4.8 rebounds per game, Lillard has been dealing with a nagging right calf injury all season long. The ailment has forced the shooting guard to miss a total of 12 games from November through December of last year, and now it looks like he could sit out again for the remainder of the season.
